| 概要 | The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of microcounseling on counselor activity self-efficacy in the novice counselor. Counselors’ positive activities in the therapy room are said to relate to their self-efficacy. So, in this study, we examined if we can apply microcounseling training to the improvement of counselor activity self-efficacy. |
